Fundraisers: MSA N6A Leather Firefighting Helmet

Contest Rules

1. Contest drawing Monday January 1st 2024. Winner need not be present at drawing. Need not have ticket stub to win

2. This drawing will have one(1) winner, winning one(1) MSA N6A Leather Firefighting helmet. 

3. Must be 18 years of age to claim prizes.  This contest void where prohibited.

4. Winner has until January 15th 2024 to claim their prize.

5. Winner is responsible for providing valid form of identification to receive prize, winning is non transferable.

6. Drawing of winner will be broadcasted live on facebook.

7. All online purchases will be sent a picture of their tickets once their information is written on the ticket, ticket stubs from online orders may be picked up in person if you so chose.

8. Ticket sales will close December 31st 2023 at 12pm. or when all 200 tickets are sold.

9. Each online transaction for any amount of tickets are issued in one name only. 

10. All ticket stubs will be entered separately in the drawing barrel.

11. Winner will be notified by telephone and email from information on ticket stub.

12. No checks will be accepted. All donations are final.

13. Addresses, emails addresses and telephone numbers obtained by the Orchard Beach Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. shall be use solely for this contest.

14. Orchard Beach Volunteer Fire Department, Inc reserves the right to postpone the drawing of the winner if a minimum number of tickets has not been sold.

15. Orchard Beach Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. decisions are final.
